Chris Palmer Bio

Chris joined Pollen Street in 2015 as General Counsel, and took on compliance oversight in summer 2020. He had previously spent 7 years in private practice at Linklaters LLP, with a focus on structured finance, capital markets and corporate work. During his time at Linklaters he also undertook secondments to Citigroup Global Markets and The Royal Bank of Scotland plc. Prior to joining Pollen Street, Chris spent a further three years at RBS where he advised on a range of legal matters relevant to corporate and commercial banking and was heavily involved in a number of financial services regulation and balance sheet management workstreams. Chris has a law degree from Cambridge University and completed his LPC at Nottingham Law School.
