Ignacio joined PHI’s M&A team in June, 2016 and is involved in the analysis of both potential acquisition and divestments. Prior to PHI, Ignacio worked within the Coporate Finance division at EY, where he was involved in the advice of Mergers and Acquisitions and the Valuation of companies. Ignacio holds a Bachelor in Business Administration from the University Autunoma of Madrid and a Master in International Management (MIM) at the IE Business School.
