Matteo Giannobi Bio

Matteo Giannobi is Managing Partner of Palladio Corporate Finance and Managing Partner of PFH. He was born in Monza in 1972 and graduated in 1996 in Economics and Commerce from the Cattolica of Milan, with a thesis in Corporate Finance. He has been dealing with mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, LBO and financing throughout Italy and Europe for more than 20 years. His professional career began in Coopers & Lybrand in 1996. He then moved on to Arthur Andersen, where he worked in the Corporate Finance sector on evaluation and business consultancy mandates. From 1999 to 2002 he was vice president of Gallo & C., The M&A advisory group of Meliorbanca Group. Subsequently he held the position of director in Cofiri, the investment bank owned by the Italian government, where he assumed responsibility for the consumer goods sector. He has been in the Palladio group since 2004.
