Steve Kratka Bio

Steve Kratka joined PennantPark in December 2020 and is a Finance & Operations Professional. Since joining PennantPark, he has been involved with financial reporting, accounting, tax, and administrative matters of the Firm. Before joining PennantPark, Steve was a Fund Controller on the Private Equity Team at Aberdeen Standard Investments from 2019 to 2020. Before that, he worked as a Fund Controller at HPS Investment Partners from 2016 to 2019 and as a Fund Controller at Highbridge Capital Management from 2005 to 2016. Steve holds a BS in Accounting from the State University of NY at Albany and is a Certified Public Accountant.
