Serge Moroz Bio

Serge Moroz joined PennantPark in April 2019 and is a Finance and Operations Professional. Since joining PennantPark, he has been involved with the operations and compliance of the PennantPark CLOs. Before joining PennantPark, Serge was a Director at Assurant Investment Management from 2017 to 2018. Before that, he worked as a Project Manager at Credit Suisse from 2012 to 2016, a Vice President at Cerberus Capital Management from 2005 to 2012, a Senior Associate at Goldman Sachs from 2003 to 2005, an Associate at CIBC World Markets from 1999 to 2002, a Financial Analyst at Cantor Fitzgerald from 1997 to 1999, and an Auditor at Ernst & Young from 1995 to 1997. Serge holds a BS in Accounting from Rutgers University, an MBA in Finance and Accounting from New York University, and is a Certified Public Accountant.
