Michael Todd Bio

Mike has over 15 years of private equity experience and leads the firm’s Accounting and Finance functions. Mike joined PeakEquity as Vice President and Controller in March of 2021, and in July 2021 became Chief Financial Officer. He holds the same position for Milestone Partners. Prior to joining PeakEquity, he was CFO and CCO for Element Partners for 12 years and also served as Controller for Inverness Capital. In addition to his private equity roles, Mike held various audit, accounting, and financial positions at Saint-Gobain Corporation. While at Saint-Gobain, he completed a three-year assignment in Paris where he performed audits of subsidiaries throughout Europe, Africa, and North America. Mike started his career as a certified public accountant in the Philadelphia office of PricewaterhouseCoopers.
