Kirsta Anderson Bio

Kirsta Anderson is Partners Group's Chief People Officer and Global Head of the Human Resources business department, based in Zug and London. She is a member of the Executive Team, the Global Executive Board and is also the Co-Chair of the firm's Diversity & Inclusion Committee. She has 19 year of relevant experience. Prior to joining Partners Group, she was a Senior Partner at Korn Ferry, where she built and led their global Culture Transformation practice. Before that she led global client relationships in the telecoms and financial services sectors and advanced the firm's talent management practice. She holds a master's degree in philosophy of science from Stanford University, California, USA and a bachelor's degree in philosophy and sociology from New York University, USA.
