Chris Russell Bio

Christopher Russell is part of the Private Equity Technology business unit, based in New York. He is a member of the Private Equity Direct Leads Investment Committee and the Private Equity Direct Co-Investments in Technology Investment Committee. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the firm's portfolio companies Idera, Wedgewood, Careismatic, Blue River and Hearthside, and led the firm's investments in Pluralsight and Cast & Crew. He has 26 years of private equity experience. Prior to joining Partners Group, he worked at VSS, both in New York and London, as well as General Electric (NBC). He holds an MBA from Columbia Business School, New York, USA and a bachelor’s degree from Georgetown University, Washington, D.C., USA.
