John del Rossi Bio

John del Rossi serves as Vice President and Legal Counsel for the Palmarium Group. With over ten years of legal experience, Mr. del Rossi has successfully provided effective legal representation in the areas of corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property, and technology licensing. While acting Principal at Del Rossi Law, Mr. del Rossi was recognized by his peers in Super Lawyer Magazine 2015 for outstanding achievements in Business and Corporate Law. Prior to being one of the premier corporate lawyers in Miami, Mr. del Rossi represented international and domestic corporate clients in antitrust and intellectual property litigation, including extensive litigation involving patent, trademark and trade dress infringement matters. Mr. del Rossi is an alumnus of Emory University School of Law in Atlanta, Georgia and graduated with Honors from the University of Miami with a degree in Finance. John currently resides in Miami, Florida and is fluent in both Spanish and English.
