Frank Galdi Bio

Frank is Managing Director, Chief Risk Officer & Deputy Chief Investment Officer. He has overall responsibility for Palisade Capital Management’s risk management function, including the identification and assessment of risks at both the portfolio and business levels. Frank is also responsible for the management and oversight of Palisade’s performance measurement, reporting, and analytics functions, and leads due diligence efforts relating to future product development and potential strategic acquisitions. Prior to joining Palisade in 2014, Frank was Vice President, Head of Investment Strategy and Risk Management for New York Life Insurance Company’s Wealth Management division where he was Chairman of the Investment Committee and responsible for risk oversight, third-party investment manager research, and due diligence for all investment products offered on the platform. Prior to that role, Frank was a Managing Director and Principal at Bear Stearns & Co., where he was Head of Risk and Performance Analytics for their Investment Management division. Earlier in his career, Frank held a number of positions in the Investment department at Metropolitan Life Insurance Company. He received both his M.B.A. in Finance and his B.A. in Accounting from the Lubin School of Business at Pace University and is member of the Beta Gamma Sigma honor society.
