Tara OGrady Bio

Tara is a founding partner of the firm and serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Paceline Equity Partners. Prior to forming Paceline, Tara was most recently a Managing Director with Hudson Americas L.P. , an asset management affiliate of Lone Star Funds (“Lone Star”), where she oversaw the regional finance function and operations for the North American investments of Lone Star. Tara has also served in a variety of corporate finance roles at Unilever, a global consumer products company. Prior thereto, Tara was an Analyst with Lucent Technologies focused on new venture product management and business development. Tara received a Bachelor of Science from Cornell University and holds a Master of Business Administration from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
