Leigh Sansone Bio

Leigh is a founding partner of the firm and the Chief Investment Officer of Paceline Equity Partners. She is responsible for the underwriting of Paceline's investments and serves as a member of the Investment Committee. Prior to forming Paceline, Leigh most recently served as the Chief Investment Officer - Credit at Hudson Advisors, L.P. (“Hudson”), an asset management affiliate of Lone Star Funds (“Lone Star”). Leigh originally joined Hudson in May 1998 and held numerous roles at both Hudson and Lone Star prior to founding Paceline. Leigh was involved in the formation and is still involved in the continued strategy of Gradus, an organization focused on investing in non-profit organizations in North Texas and New York City that provide children and their families with the tools needed to live lives of meaning. Leigh graduated with honors from Texas A&M University with a BBA in Finance and is a CFA charterholder.
