Katrina Philp Bio

Katrina is the Chief of Staff and heads the investment and acquisition team for Air T, Inc., where she provides investment analysis for the company’s M&A activities and operational leadership. Katrina has 12 years of experience in high yield and distressed securities as well as capital structure arbitrage. Previously, Katrina was a Senior Investment Analyst at Whitebox Advisors where she was responsible for evaluating investment opportunities in high yield and distressed securities as well as capital structure arbitrage. She is an industry generalist, but often focused her time at Whitebox on asset rich industries, including oil & gas, metals & mining, and homebuilding. After Whitebox, she co-founded Fox Lake Capital, a financial consulting firm that investigates new business lines, acquisition targets, and assists with investing clients’ excess cash flows. Katrina received her BA in Finance from Northwestern College in 2007 where she graduated Summa Cum Laude.
