Phillip Yamauchi Bio

Mr. Yamauchi is a managing director and Head of Product Structuring and Launch, as well as a member of the Product Governance Board. Prior to joining Oaktree in 2014, Mr. Yamauchi worked for KPMG LLP as a director in the Financial Risk Management practice where he advised clients on a range of business issues including process improvement, target operating model development, regulatory compliance and enterprise technology strategy. Mr. Yamauchi holds a B.S. degree in accounting from the University of Southern California. He is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive) and Certified Internal Auditor.
