Ms. Chang is a vice president in Oaktree’s Opportunities group in Los Angeles. Prior to Oaktree, Ms. Chang was a vice president in the Global Credit and Special Situations group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. She graduated magna cum laude with a B.A. in international relations and French studies from the University of Pennsylvania and holds an M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
