Justin Miller Bio

Mr. Miller joined Oaktree in 2020 from PAAMCO Prisma, where he was most recently an associate director on the portfolio management team responsible for selecting, monitoring, and customizing the company’s hedge fund investments. Prior thereto, Mr. Miller was a captain in the U.S. Air Force, in which he served as an intelligence officer. Mr. Miller received an M.B.A. with a concentration in finance from the University of California, Berkeley and a B.S. in political science from the United States Air Force Academy. He is a CFA charterholder and is conversational in Russian.
