Frank Cannova Bio

Mr. Cannova is a senior vice president in Oaktree’s Power Opportunities group. He is responsible for all aspects of the group’s investing activity, including identifying investment themes, sourcing and executing investment opportunities, and board oversight of portfolio companies. Mr. Cannova has served on the boards of Array Technologies (NASDAQ: ARRY), Contract Land Staff, MaxGen Energy Services, Power Factors, and Shoals Technologies Group (NASDAQ: SHLS). Prior to joining Oaktree in 2015, Mr. Cannova was an associate in the private equity group of Sun Capital Partners. Mr. Cannova began his career with Imperial Capital’s investment banking practice providing M&A and leveraged finance advisory services. Mr. Cannova received a B.S. degree in chemical engineering from University of California, Los Angeles.
