Katie has over 15 years of Operations, Strategy, and Human Resource experience specializing in strategic workforce management; recruiting; employee engagement; organizational change management; training; compensation and performance management; talent acquisition; and workforce and leadership development. She began her career in HR for Samsung SDS. Prior to joining NPX, she was the co-founder and coo of handpicked hotel, which was nominated as Top 100 hotels in the world by MONOCLE. She received her bachelor’s degree from Korea University.
