Having assembled the Northlight management team in 1985, Mike has been the team's leader from formation in 2002. Mike serves on all fund investment committees and is Chairman of the Board of Directors of Northlight Investment Corp, Northlight's BDC. Mike is a founder of Northlight Capital Partners, Northlight's real estate unit, and serves on its investment committee. Mike oversees key investment decisions, business development and organization integrity, a role he has continually served at Northlight and prior business units at GE Capital, Heller Financial and Gilman Financial. Mike received a BA from Cornell University and JD from New York University School of Law.
