Mark Hirschhorn Bio

Mark has overseen business activities and legal matters of Northlight and the business units formed by the Northlight management team since 1985 and services as Chief Legal Officer. Mark serves on all fund investment committees and is a member the Board of Directors of Northlight Investment Corp, Northlight's BDC. Mark is a founder of Northlight Capital Partners, Northlight's real estate unit. He is responsible for key investment decisions, legal oversight and outside counsel coordination, a role he has continuously served at Northlight and the prior business units at GE Capital, Heller Financial and Gilman Financial. Mark received a BA from Boston University and JD from New England School of Law
