Megan McLeese Bio

Megan participates in all legal aspects of Northleaf’s private markets investment activities, working closely with individual deal teams and external legal counsel to review, structure and complete investments. Megan is also involved in the legal and structuring elements of Northleaf’s investor relations, business development and fund formation activities, as well as compliance and corporate matters. Prior to joining Northleaf in 2014, Megan was an associate at Davies Ward Phillips & Vineberg LLP, where she worked on a variety of transactions, including securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions, fund formations and private equity investments. Megan received a Bachelor of Arts (Honours with Distinction) from McMaster University and a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Osgoode Hall Law School.
