Guillermo Carmona Bio

Guillermo serves as an Investment Manager in Northgate’s Mexico Office, where he participates in identifying, assessing, executing, and managing equity investments. Mr. Carmona currently serves as an Alternate Director of Grupo Diniz. Prior to Northgate, Guillermo worked at the Latin America M&A group at Barclays Capital in New York City. Prior to that, Guillermo worked at Advent International participating in several transactions, including two LBOs and the sale of two portfolio companies. Guillermo began his career with BBVA Equity Capital Markets team in its Investment Banking department. Mr. Carmona holds a B.S. in Economics from Universidad Iberoamericana and an M.B.A. from New York University’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business.
