Gert Jan Hubers Bio

Gert Jan Hubers studied Petroleum Engineering at Delft University of Technology, and then obtained an MBA from Harvard Business School. After working as a consultant for Booz. Allen & Hamilton he joined the Wolters Schaberg Group, where he was responsible for several turnarounds in its industrial and retail activities. He subsequently founded Gietburg Holding, a supplier of motor-vehicle parts and components. By applying a co-makership strategy to manufacturers of iron and aluminium parts, the company is developing into a component manufacturer for the leading players in the motor industry. Gert Jan is also a partner in Nimbus. He enjoys working with the management teams of our companies to improve corporate performance, as well as involving the employees who are the critical factor in any improvement plan.
