Rafi Rosenberg Bio

Rafi joined Nili Capital in 2019. He is responsible for sourcing and evaluating new investment opportunities, developing relationships with local investment banks, conducting due diligence and supporting Nili’s deal teams. Prior to joining Nili, Rafi was an Associate in the Corporate Finance M&A group at KPMG, providing sell-side and buy-side advisory services to companies in multiple industries including automotive, semiconductors and aerospace & defense. He also worked as a teacher’s assistant in the International MBA program at Bar Ilan University. As part of his service in the Israel Defense Forces, Rafi served as a Sergeant in the Central Command. Rafi has a BA in Accounting and Information Systems from the Jerusalem College of Technology and is a certified public accountant (IL).
