Josh Dennis Bio

Josh is a Founding Member and Vice President of NGP, where he is responsible for identifying, evaluating and executing investment opportunities, as well as monitoring portfolio companies. Prior to NGP, Josh was with The Halifax Group, a middle market private equity firm focused on business / government services, transportation / logistics, infrastructure, and health and wellness. Prior to Halifax, Josh was in the Investment Banking Division of Tudor, Pickering, Holt & Co., a Houston-based investment bank focused on the oil and gas industry. Josh received a BBA from Texas Christian University and an MBA from Chicago Booth.
