Michael is Founding Partner and Group CEO of NextEnergy Capital and member of the Investment Committees of NextPower III, NextPower II and NextEnergy Solar Fund. Michael left Goldman Sachs in 2006 (to found NextEnergy Capital) as Managing Director in the European Energy & Power Team in the European Investment Banking Department; previously having held similar roles at Morgan Stanley and Credit Suisse First Boston in London. Michael holds an MBA degree from INSEAD (1994) and a BA in International Relations from the University of San Diego (1989).
