John Pircon Bio

John is a Principal and was actively engaged with the formation of the firm. John is responsible for originating, evaluating and executing new investment opportunities, primarily in the healthcare sector, as well as working with portfolio companies. Previously, John was as an Associate at CHS Capital where he worked closely with the founding members of New Harbor on a variety of transactions including Royall & Co. and Heartland Dental Care. Prior to joining CHS, John worked in the Investment Banking Division at Robert W. Baird & Co. where he spent two years working on U.S. M&A and equity financing transactions and one year with the International M&A team based in London. John earned a BA in Economics from Dartmouth College and an MBA from Northwestern University.
