Cem Bayulgen is a Managing Director at NBK Capital Partners, member of its Investment Committee and serves on several boards of the firm’s portfolio companies. Prior to joining the firm in 2006, Cem was the CEO of Tata Group’s Turkey operations. Earlier in his career, he worked in the M&A advisory group of FinansInvest in Istanbul. Cem received a graduate business degree from Mays Business School of Texas A&M University and holds a PhD in Financial Economics from Bogazici University in Istanbul.
