Michelle de Piante Bio

Michelle De Piante is a Principal at Neuberger Berman. Prior to joining Neuberger Berman Private Equity, Ms. De Piante developed business strategy for Swiss venture capital partnership VI Partners in Zurich, Switzerland. Previously, she was Head of Hedge Funds in the Private Investments group at Tetral SA where she also invested in private equity funds. She began her financial career as an analyst at Agora Capital Management and Banque Syz in Geneva, Switzerland. Ms. De Piante earned an MBA, Finance from Thunderbird, School of Global Management with distinction. Her undergraduate studies were split between Georgetown University and the University of Colorado, Boulder, graduating Magna Cum Laude with a BA in Philosophy.
