Keith Butcher Bio

Keith Butcher is a Founder and Partner at Mosaic Capital. Keith currently sits on the Board of Directors of Custom Profile, Galfab and Sayers Technology. Alongside his time with Mosaic, Keith is Managing Director with ButcherJoseph & Company, an ESOP-focused investment bank. Prior to founding Mosaic Capital, Keith was an Executive President of Purcell Tire & Rubber Co., an ESOP-owned company and Executive Director with Morgan Stanley. Keith is a graduate of Bradley University where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in international business and finance, and he earned his Doctor of Jurisprudence from Wake Forest University School of Law.
