Steven is based in our Auckland office and leads origination activity for PPP investment opportunities. Steven has been working in the project finance and public-private partnership sectors since 1995. He has worked as Sponsor (purchasing and bidding infrastructure projects) Lead Arranging banker (lending into several UK project finance transactions) and as a Financial Advisor (advising both project developers and various governments).
