Nicole Dennehy Bio

Nicole is based in our Auckland office and provides legal advice to Morrison & Co, including in respect of mandate and fund establishment, transaction structuring and execution, investment management and general compliance. Before joining Morrison & Co in 2019, Nicole was a member of the in-house legal team at BlackRock in London, specialising in investment funds and alternative assets. Prior to that, Nicole worked in the corporate departments of law firms Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP in London and Russell McVeagh in Auckland.
