Michael Faulkner Bio

Michael is based in our Sydney office and works on the origination, analysis and execution of transactions as well as the asset management of portfolio businesses. Prior to joining Morrison & Co in 2014 Michael was an Associate Director within KPMG Corporate Finance, specialising in infrastructure, property and PPP advisory. He has also worked in the renewable energy, natural resources and infrastructure sectors on M&A and project finance. Michael is a director of the Sydney Desalination Plant, Electranet and Macarthur Wind Farm.
