Gordon is a former Principal with Baird Capital, where he co-led the firm’s consumer investments. While at Baird, Gordon concurrently led business development and worked closely with Baird’s China fund. Prior to Baird, Gordon held Principal and Associate roles with Reliant Equity, Wind Point Partners, and divine, Inc. Gordon is also currently the Founder and President of Cal-Snax, a healthy snacks company, Co-Founder and Senior Advisor to 4C Capital, President of the Goodman Theater’s Auxiliary Board, and a Co-Founder of AAAIM, the Association of Asian American Investment Managers. Gordon received his MBA from Harvard Business School where he was a Toigo Fellow, and his BS from the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana, as a recipient of the Bronze Tablet. He is a life-long Chicago-area resident, die-hard Cubs fan, and enjoys film, theater, and music. He is also a produced playwright, spoken word poet and wedding singer.
