Jonathan Dalton Bio

Jonathan joined Melior in 2021 and has almost 20 years’ experience across private equity, corporate finance and institutional banking. Jonathan co-led Melior’s 2022 investment in Rose Confectionery. Prior to Melior, Jonathan led the corporate finance business for Key Capital, a Dublin based boutique investment bank, where he spent seven years and advised on a range of high profile Irish M&A transactions. Prior to joining Key Capital, Jonathan held senior corporate finance and banking roles with AIB in Dublin and PwC in Sydney. Jonathan holds an MBS from the Smurfit Business School, a Bachelor of Commerce & Spanish degree from UCD and is a CFA Charterholder.
