Prior to Martis Capital, Phillip was an Associate at CIT Group where he focused on leverage finance and M&A advisory services in healthcare. Prior to CIT, Phillip was an Analyst at HJ Sims, a merchant bank exclusively operating in the senior living space. Phillip received a BS in Finance & Accounting from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College.
