Suzanne Pepe Bio

Suzanne Pepe joined LS Power in 2009 and has extensive experience as an attorney and tax advisor in the power industry. Ms. Pepe has worked on a broad range of transactions including those relating to the development, acquisition, financing and structuring of investments in generation , transmission, renewable and other energy-related assets. Prior to joining LS Power, Ms. Pepe was tax counsel at GE Energy Financial Services and was Of Counsel at Paul, Hasting, Janofsky & Walker, LLP. Ms. Pepe received a B.S. in Finance with honors from the University of Southern California and a J.D. and an LL.M. in Taxation from New York University.
