Scott Carver Bio

Scott Carver joined LS Power in 2001 and serves as Associate General Counsel. Mr. Carver has extensive experience in the power and development sector. Previously, he was an attorney in private practice counseling industry groups, lenders and public entities in connection with the development, construction, operation and financing of real estate and energy projects, and environmental regulatory compliance and permitting issues. Mr. Carver received a B.A. from Colby College and a J.D. from American University, Washington College of Law.
