Richard Roloff Bio

Mr. Roloff is responsible for project financing, acquisition, and divestiture activities. Mr. Roloff has held various roles since joining LS Power in 2003, including development and financing of the Firm’s greenfield businesses (comprising contracted and merchant thermal and renewable generation, and high voltage transmission facilities), acquisition financing, as well as commercial execution roles. Mr. Roloff began his career as an Analyst with Luminus Management, investing in distressed power generation facilities, and helped to spur the formation of LS Power Equity Advisors. Mr. Roloff received a B.B.A. magna cum laude from The George Washington University.
