Mike Devine Bio

Mike Devine is a Partner at LoneTree. Prior to LoneTree, he was a Principal and member of the founding team at Wavecrest Growth Partners, an operations-centric growth equity firm focused on investing in high-growth, capital-efficient B2B technology companies across the software, financial technology, and tech-enabled services sectors. Prior to Wavecrest Growth Partners, he advised public and private B2B technology and software companies on fundraising and sale initiatives as a member of Blackstone's technology M&A team. Prior to Blackstone, his career spanned roles outside of the technology industry at Cargill in strategy and business development, Credit Suisse in emerging markets fixed income trading, and General Electric in corporate finance. Mike received a BA in Economics from Dartmouth College, where he was an All-Ivy student-athlete on the men's hockey team, and an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
