Molly Beard Bio

Molly E. Beard is the Director of Operations and Fund Management for LKCM Headwater and LKCM Capital Group. In this role, Ms. Beard assists with partnership financials, compliance reporting, operations, and limited partner communications. Key responsibilities include reconciling partnership schedules and working with the fund administrator to prepare financial statements. Ms. Beard provides administrative support to Bryan King and manages executive projects. She works with the investment team, legal and accounting to ensure effective and efficient operations. Ms. Beard joined LKCM in 2015 as a special projects analyst. Prior to joining LKCM, Ms. Beard was an associate at Panther Real Estate Solutions a commercial development and brokerage services firm. Ms. Beard graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics with an emphasis on Finance and Real Estate.
