Steven has over 20 years’ experience in delivering outstanding results in real estate and property development. After successfully running his own real estate franchise, he transitioned into property development where he used his expert knowledge to facilitate the construction and sale of over $80 million worth of apartments and units. On the back of this success, Steven was approached by Larry Kestelman in 2012 to become Head of Property Development for his LK Property Group. The opportunity to work with an organisation that specialises in prestige, high rise residential development was one that Steven could not turn down. During his tenure, Steven has managed every aspect of the group’s interests from sourcing projects, purchasing land and overseeing planning, to working closely with design, marketing and construction teams to deliver projects on time and on budget. Significantly, he has been instrumental in securing controversial planning approval for LK Property Group to construct the landmark Capitol Grand South Yarra to a height of 50 storeys, and to construct the Opus building in Southbank to a height of 37 storeys—a project that has since been completed ahead of schedule. Steven has also overseen the successful development of The Marc in St Kilda, Koko in Carnegie, and Gisele in South Yarra, all exquisitely designed and highly-regarded apartment complexes.
