Kaido co-founded Livonia Partners. He brings to Livonia private equity investing experience from the U.S.. Kaido started his career in London and then in New York working for investment bank Bear Stearns. Later he spent 3 years at Irving Place Capital, a $2.7 billion middle-market private equity firm, focusing primarily on packaging, manufacturing and consumer sectors across Europe and North America. He joined Rain and Mindaugas at LHV Capital in 2012 before launching Livonia Partners.
