Phil Jakeway Bio

Philip Jakeway III is a Managing Director on the Lincolnshire Operations Team, actively serving as the firm’s Chief Talent Officer. Since joining Lincolnshire in 2014, Phil has been a driving force behind the company’s talent acquisition initiatives. He directed the search, interviewing, and hiring process for C-suite and executive positions including the hiring of CEOs (Dalbo and Latite) and CFOs (Latite and True Temper). As founder and CEO of The Supporting Cast in New York, Phil brings 25 years of experience to that effort. In addition to focusing on sales management and marketing at Lincolnshire’s portfolio companies, Phil has been involved in the service expansion at Latite. Phil was also the CEO of American Business Institute. Phil holds a BA from Georgetown University and an MBA from Columbia University. When he is not travelling for the company, he enjoys fishing, golf, and water sports.
