Sam Elsaadi Bio

Sam Elsaadi is a Vice President at Lightview Capital, where he contributes to all aspects of the investment process, including transaction sourcing, business and financial due diligence, deal structuring, negotiation, documentation, and post-close value creation. Prior to joining Lightview Capital, Sam worked in the M&A team at IMS Health (a TPG Capital, CPP, and Leonard Green portfolio company), focused on a consolidation in the healthcare information technology space. Prior to IMS Health, Sam worked at Goldman Sachs in the Investment Banking Division, where he was involved in mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, divestitures, and recapitalizations. Sam graduated magna cum laude from the University of Michigan with a B.B.A. in Finance and Accounting from the Ross School of Business and a B.A. in Regional Studies from the College of Literature, Science, and the Arts, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.
