Susan Grubb Bio

Susan Grubb, CPA joined L5 in in 2021 and is a managing director on the portfolio company finance team. Susan began her career in the Atlanta office of PricewaterhouseCoopers in the audit and assurance business practice. She moved through the finance and accounting ranks within notable organizations such as Porsche, Randstad and Global Payments. Most recently, Susan led the finance and operations team for Citizens M&A Advisory, the investment banking arm of Citizens Bank. Susan received her undergraduate and master’s degrees from the University of Alabama. She is a member of The Georgia Society of CPAs and currently serves as a board member and Treasurer of The Women’s Collective.
