Melanie Brasher Bio

Melanie Brasher joined L5 in 2021 and is currently Vice President of the Human Resources team. Melanie started her career at Andersen Consulting (Accenture), working in the systems integration and change management consulting practices. She transitioned to HR at Accenture and served in HR leadership positions supporting the US and global strategy and management consulting practices for 20 years. After leaving Accenture, Melanie spent seven years standing up HR functions in a southeastern based management consulting firm as well as at a multifamily real estate investment firm. Melanie earned a BA in Business and Computer Science from LaGrange College and an MBA from the University of Georgia.
