Matthew LeBaron Bio

Matthew F. LeBaron is co-founder of LeBaronBrown and the co-Chairman of LBB Specialties LLC. Prior to co-founding LeBaronBrown in 2015, Mr. LeBaron was a Managing Director of American Securities, LLC ("American Securities"), having joined the firm in 1999. Mr. LeBaron currently serves on the Board of Covia (NYSE: CVIA). He has previously served on the boards of numerous companies in the industrial, energy, and consumer industries. Prior to joining American Securities, Mr. LeBaron worked at Bain Capital and The Boston Consulting Group. He received an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School, and a BA magna cum laude from Amherst College.
