Jeremy has 17 years of working experience in private equity and corporate finance. He was previously with RHB Investment Bank where he advised on M&A, IPOs, capital raising exercises. Prior to that, he was attached to Eutelis Consult, Skali, Devonshire Capital, PM Securities and notably, Caterpillar, where he was in an operational role focused on product development and market assessment. He holds a Bachelor of Science Engineering from Western Michigan University, USA, and a Master of Business Administration from the Graduate School of Management, University Putra Malaysia.
