Yutaka Tozaki Bio

Yutaka Tozaki's responsibilities include origination, execution, monitoring, and exiting. Mr. Tozaki's supervising investments include WEGO, Sanwa Service, Itty, Aisei pharmacy and Nurse Call. Prior to joining J-STAR in 2015, Mr. Tozaki worked at NOMURA Securities' investment banking division, where he engaged in sourcing and executing M&A deals in the TMT sector as well as relationship management with PE funds. His experience at NOMURA includes a Japanese major internet company's acquisition of IT service company and LBO of talent agency by the founder. He also had many M&A advisory records related to PE funds. He began his career at Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, where he worked on a trade policy based on WTO and an intellectual property policy. Mr. Tozaki received a bachelor's degree from Keio University.
